Movie Details: This dramatic comedy based on the novel by Hunter S. Thompson features Johnny Depp as Paul Kemp, an American journalist in the 1950s who takes a newspaper job in Puerto Rico to escape the bustling life of New York. Engrossed in the island culture (and cocktails), Kemp soon falls for the fiancé (Amber Heard) of Sanderson (Aaron Eckhart), an opportunistic American businessman.
